Handshake AI Code of Conduct
Our mission
At Handshake AI, our mission is to shape the future of AI through the creation of high-quality, original training data to train, challenge and refine how large language models learn across disciplines.
Handshake AI fellows play an important role in that mission. These guidelines are intended to help ensure a respectful, consistent, and professional environment for all fellows in the Handshake AI program.
Professional Conduct
Handshake AI is committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment for all fellows. We expect all fellows to engage in a professional and appropriate manner. This includes speaking respectfully, following project instructions, using professional language, and engaging in good faith. Fellows must not engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or any form of disruptive or inappropriate conduct during any task, including video calls, community chats, recording sessions, or live interactions.
This applies across platforms like Pronto, Slack, and any partner platforms. This Code of Conduct applies to all projects and tasks, whether video, audio, or written.
