Offboarding from a project or the Handshake AI Fellowship

If you're ready to step away from a Handshake AI project or the Fellowship entirely, we're here to make the process straightforward. 

 

Offboarding options

To begin the offboarding process, please reach out to us and let us know which of the following applies to you:

Leave your current project only
You’ll stop working on your current project but remain part of the Fellowship. You may still be considered for future opportunities based on project availability, your experience, and overall performance.

Leave the Handshake AI Fellowship entirely
You’ll no longer be eligible for Handshake AI project opportunities, and your access to the Handshake AI dashboard will be removed after offboarding. Your regular Handshake account — including access to jobs, events, and networking, will remain active and unaffected.

 

Before you go

If you’re stepping away from a specific project (rather than the entire fellowship), you may still be eligible for future opportunities. Be sure to include your domain expertise in your annotation platform preferences so we can keep you in mind for future opportunities that may be a better fit.
